Banana Beach is the common un-official name for the apartment block and the stretch of beach at the east end of Playa del Cable. This beach is popular with young people and families, with a number of bars playing music nearby. It is just down from the famous Marbella arch and the apartments in this block are much sought after as they are front line properties, right on the beach!

Banana Beach is a front line property on the Playa Del Cable beach, located about 2.5 km from Marbella Centre and our Marañón apartment, and only 35minutes to Malaga airport. 

 

If you enjoy cycling, walking/hiking then this may be the perfect location. It backs onto the The Málaga Coastal Path (Senda Litoral de Málaga) which enables you to go from Nerja to Manilva along the coast of Malaga province - approx 160km. 

 

There are supermarkets and restaurants such as La Dolce Vita Beach Chiringuito within walking distance. Flamingos Golf & Resort is 2.4 km from the apartment, and the popular Opium Beach club is only a short walk away.
